(Turin, Italy and Miamisburg, OH – January 4, 2024) Panini North America is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members, Jim Harris and Monica Dema to its Board of Directors effective January 1, 2024.
Jim has over 40 years’ experience serving the North American Financial Services market. He joined Panini in 2010 as the Executive Vice President of Sales leading Panini’s team in building and maintaining trusted relationships with financial institutions in North America.
In addition to his board responsibilities, Jim will lead strategic initiatives with our newly formed Customer Advisory Council and select strategic accounts. His leadership responsibilities for the sales organization are being transitioned to Shawn Hilliard, Senior Vice President.

Monica Dema joined Panini in 2009 and is the Chief Financial Officer and on Panini Group of Companies Board. She will be expanding her board responsibilities to include Panini North America. The U.S. market place operations are part of her structural responsibility.
